📠Job Summary
The Mobilizer will be responsible for community outreach, candidate mobilization, and enrollment for various skill development programs. The role involves field visits, awareness activities, and maintaining a steady flow of candidates for training. Ideal for someone confident, proactive, and experienced in mobilization work.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- ðŸš¶â™‚ï¸ Conduct field visits in communities to spread awareness about training & job opportunities
- 📢 Mobilize potential youth through door-to-door visits, events & group meetings
- 🤠Build relationships with community leaders, NGOs, schools & local bodies
- 🧾 Screen, counsel & enroll eligible candidates
- ðŸ—‚ï¸ Maintain daily records, reports & mobilization data
- 👥 Coordinate with the training team for timely batch formation
- 🎪 Support in job fairs, awareness campaigns & events
- 🎯 Achieve weekly/monthly mobilization & enrollment targets
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- 🎓 Graduate (Any stream)
- 🧑💼 1–2 years experience in mobilization/fieldwork/community outreach
- 💬 Good communication in Hindi/Marathi; basic English preferred
- 🌠Strong knowledge of local areas & community networks
- 💻 Basic MS Office skills (mandatory)
- ðŸï¸ Bike & driving license compulsory
- âœ”ï¸ Ability to work independently & meet targets
