The Field Executive is responsible for identifying potential rural markets, sourcing eligible customers, managing customer groups, ensuring timely repayments, and conducting financial literacy activities. The role focuses on strengthening microfinance operations by building strong customer relationships and ensuring smooth loan lifecycle management.
