Job Role: Courier Delivery Executive
Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass
Experience: 0.5 – 1 Year (Preferred)
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed + Per Parcel Optional)
Working Hours: Flexible (Between 8 AM to 8 PM | Minimum 4 Hours – Maximum 8 Hours)
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Courier Delivery Executive to join our logistics team. The role includes safe transportation of goods, accurate pickups and deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must have their own bike or scooter.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (Fixed & Flexible per parcel payout options available)
- Weekly Payouts: Every Friday Evening
- Incentives: Weekend & Festival incentives available
- Training Incentive: Up to ₹700 per day for 3 days
- Health Insurance: Coverage up to ₹2,00,000
- Accidental Insurance: Coverage up to ₹5,00,000
- Joining Fees: Zero
- Security Deposit: Zero
- High earning per KM (Better than Swiggy/Zomato/Blinkit and others)
- Payout Per Parcel: ₹14 – ₹18 (Hub to Hub basis)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver goods to customer locations within the assigned timeline.
- Ensure accurate pickup and drop-off of shipments.
- Verify delivery details and maintain proper documentation.
- Process payments when required and issue receipts.
- Maintain records of deliveries and payments collected.
- Assist with receiving and dispatching shipments at the courier hub.
- Follow all traffic rules and safety guidelines during deliveries.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide professional service.
Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass
- Experience: 0.5 – 1 year (Delivery experience preferred)
- Must have own bike/scooter (Vehicle required for this job).
- Strong knowledge of local routes and navigation.
- Excellent time management and customer interaction skills.
- Ability to join and work immediately.
