Position: Data Entry Operator

Gender Preference: Male

Age Requirement: 30 Years

Working Hours & Days: 9 Hours per day | 6 Days a week

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate (Any stream)
• Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Prior experience in data entry operations preferred
• Ability to handle large datasets with accuracy
• Basic knowledge of data validation and software-based checks

Job Summary

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurate data management, consumer data reconciliation, and software-based quality checks related to meter installation and indexing. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and timely reporting to support project operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile details of meters installed and meters received/returned.
• Compile and share consumer lists for Meter Installation (MI) activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports as required.
• Perform software-based quality checks for installed meters and consumer indexing.
• Maintain and update project data accurately in the system.
• Coordinate with field teams for timely updates and error resolution.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all data entered.

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: ₹17,660/- (Including PF & ESIC)
• In-hand Salary: ₹13,618/-
• Mobile Bill Allowance: ₹300/- per month
