Position Overview
Innovision Limited is seeking a skilled and qualified Traditional Hand Embroiderer (HCS/Q7301) Trainer who is TOT Certified by the respective Sector Skill Council. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training as per NSQF standards and ensuring strong results, certification success, and placement readiness for all candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel candidates about the course, career opportunities, and skill pathways.
- Deliver training sessions as per the module curriculum prescribed by the Sector Skill Council (SSC).
- Monitor attendance and ensure discipline and regular participation of trainees.
- Maintain and submit Daily MIS Reports on training progress, attendance, and activities.
- Conduct Pre-Assessment to evaluate candidates’ knowledge and skill levels.
- Prepare trainees for final assessments and certification, including mock tests and practice sessions.
- Motivate candidates for achieving good grades and participating in placement activities.
- Ensure 95% result guarantee through high-quality training, monitoring, and remedial support.
Qualification, Education & Experience (As per NSQF Guidelines)
- Mandatory TOT Certification from the respective Sector Skill Council (Handicrafts & Carpet Sector Skill Council – HCSSC).
- Minimum 10th pass or as specified in the NSQF Qualification Pack for HCS/Q7301.
- Adequate industry experience in Traditional Hand Embroidery (Chikankari, Zardozi, Aari, etc.).
- Minimum 1–2 years of training experience in the handicrafts/embroidery sector (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of NSQF curriculum, SSC guidelines, and assessment processes.
- Ability to handle practical demonstrations, tools, and embroidery-related materials.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in traditional hand embroidery techniques.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and student-engagement skills.
- Ability to deliver both theoretical and practical sessions effectively.
- Good command over documentation, MIS reporting, and batch management.
- Motivational skills to guide candidates towards certification and placement.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, emails, online reporting).
