Job Summary
Innovision Limited is seeking a passionate and certified Street Food Vendor (Standalone) Trainer (THC/Q3007) to deliver high-quality skill training as per the guidelines of the respective Sector Skill Council. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, counseling, and mentoring abilities to train, motivate, and prepare candidates for assessment, certification, and successful placement.
Qualification & Experience (As per NSQF Norms)
- Trainer must be TOT Certified by the respective Sector Skill Council (Tourism & Hospitality).
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts / Food Production or relevant discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of industry experience in the food service or hospitality sector, preferably in street food vending or small-scale food business operations.
- Good understanding of hygiene, safety, and entrepreneurship practices related to food vending.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel and motivate candidates for training and career growth.
- Deliver effective training sessions as per the SSC-approved curriculum and training modules.
- Maintain daily attendance records and ensure discipline in class.
- Submit Daily MIS reports to the project coordinator/management.
- Conduct pre-assessment activities and evaluate candidate performance regularly.
- Prepare candidates for assessment and certification with a minimum of 95% success rate.
- Motivate trainees for placements or self-employment opportunities post-training.
- Ensure a high standard of learning outcomes and participant satisfaction.
