Job Summary

Innovision Limited invites applications for the position of Social Media Influencer (MES/Q0708) Trainer certified by the respective Sector Skill Council (MESC). The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality training aligned with the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF), ensuring learner engagement, skill development, and successful certification outcomes. The trainer will be responsible for counselling candidates, conducting sessions, maintaining records, and ensuring a minimum 95% result achievement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Counselling: Conduct pre-training counselling sessions to guide candidates about program objectives, learning outcomes, and career pathways.
2. Training Delivery: Implement the training curriculum strictly as per the MESC-approved MES/Q0708 Qualification Pack and prescribed modules.
3. Attendance & Monitoring: Maintain accurate attendance records, monitor trainee participation, and ensure consistent engagement throughout the training cycle.
4. Daily MIS Reporting: Prepare and submit daily MIS reports covering training progress, attendance, assessments, and feedback.
5. Pre-assessment Preparation: Conduct mock assessments and provide individualized feedback to ensure readiness for certification.
6. Assessment Coordination: Prepare candidates for external assessment, coordinate with assessment agencies, and ensure timely completion of certification.
7. Motivation & Placement: Motivate candidates to achieve strong performance and assist them in exploring placement opportunities in the digital and social media domain.
8. Result Assurance: Drive towards maintaining a minimum of 95% certification success rate through proactive monitoring and learner support.
9. Compliance & Quality: Adhere to all NSQF and Sector Skill Council guidelines, maintaining complete documentation and audit readiness.
10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging social media trends and integrate innovative methods to enhance learner experience.

Qualifications & Experience (As per NSQF Guidelines)

• Certification: Trainer must be TOT (Training of Trainers) Certified by the respective Sector Skill Council (MESC).
• Educational Qualification:
  • Minimum: 12th Pass with 1 year of relevant experience; OR
  • ITI (2 years after 10th) with 1 year of relevant experience; OR
  • Graduate/Diploma in any discipline with specialization in Digital Media, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or influencer marketing.
  • Prior experience as a trainer or facilitator in NSQF-aligned programs will be an added advantage.
• Technical Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.) and content creation tools.
  • Familiarity with analytics, campaign management, and influencer engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, LMS platforms, and digital classroom tools.
• Language Proficiency:
  • Fluency in Hindi and English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
