Job Summary

Ramya Infotech is seeking a passionate and experienced Mushroom Grower (Entrepreneur) Trainer (AGR/Q7803) certified by the respective Sector Skill Council under the NSQF framework. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, mentoring learners, and ensuring successful completion and placement outcomes under government skill development programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Counselling Candidates: Guide and motivate candidates about the training program, benefits, and career prospects in mushroom cultivation.
2. Training Delivery: Conduct theoretical and practical sessions as per the curriculum and NSQF Level 4 standards prescribed by the Agriculture Skill Council of India (ASCI).
3. Attendance Monitoring: Maintain daily trainee attendance and discipline during sessions.
4. Reporting: Prepare and submit daily MIS reports to the project coordinator.
5. Assessment Preparation: Conduct pre-assessment sessions and prepare candidates for certification.
6. Result Orientation: Ensure at least 95% certification success through quality training and mentoring.
7. Placement Motivation: Encourage trainees to pursue entrepreneurial or placement opportunities post-training.
8. Continuous Improvement: Incorporate best practices and innovative methods to make training interactive and impactful.

Educational Qualification & Experience (As per NSQF Standards)

• Educational Qualification:
  • Graduate in Agriculture / Horticulture / Biology / Life Sciences or related fields.
  • Diploma / Certificate in Mushroom Cultivation preferred.
• Trainer Certification:
  • Must be TOT (Training of Trainers) certified by the respective Sector Skill Council (Agriculture Skill Council of India - ASCI).
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of practical experience in mushroom cultivation, spawn production, or agribusiness development.
  • Prior experience in skill training or capacity-building programs preferred.

• Ability to deliver engaging classroom and field-based training.
• Excellent communication and counselling skills.
• Proficiency in reporting, documentation, and assessment preparation.

• Good command of Hindi and local language; basic English knowledge desirable.
