Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor BU (Blow Unit) or related production machines efficiently.
• Ensure smooth and continuous production flow while maintaining quality standards.
• Check and maintain machine parameters as per standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required quality specifications.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of machines.
• Report any mechanical or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain daily production records and ensure proper documentation.
• Follow all safety and housekeeping guidelines within the production area.

Skills & Competencies:

• Good knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
• Understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Ability to read basic measurements and use tools/instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to work in shifts and team-oriented environment.
• Basic communication skills in Hindi/Marathi.
