Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in mobilization, community outreach, or skill development projects.

Job Description:

The Mobilizer will play a key role in identifying, motivating, and enrolling youth for various training programs conducted by CTTC. The candidate will be responsible for field outreach, counseling, and coordination with communities and stakeholders to achieve mobilization targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct field visits, awareness drives, and mobilization campaigns.
2. Build partnerships with local schools, colleges, NGOs, and community leaders.
3. Counsel candidates about skill training programs and job opportunities.
4. Maintain accurate records of candidate mobilization and documentation.
5. Coordinate with the training and placement team for smooth onboarding.
6. Prepare and share mobilization reports regularly.
7. Meet monthly and quarterly mobilization targets.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets).
