Job Summary
CSRBOX Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Associate Manager – CSR and Health Programs. The role involves designing, managing, and implementing impactful CSR and health-based projects in the Northeast region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering partnerships with corporates, government agencies, NGOs, and healthcare institutions to create sustainable and scalable social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, planning, and execution of CSR and public health initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with corporates, foundations, and government bodies for collaborative health programs.
- Manage on-ground project implementation, monitoring, and evaluation to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Conduct need assessments and stakeholder consultations to design evidence-based interventions.
- Prepare project proposals, concept notes, reports, and case studies for clients and internal use.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, communication, and impact assessment.
- Represent CSRBOX in regional and national forums to promote the organization’s initiatives.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables effectively to meet program goals.
Qualification and Experience
- Education: Master’s degree in Public Health, Development Studies, Public Administration, Social Work, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3–7 years of experience in CSR, public health, or donor-funded projects with a proven record of successful project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of CSR frameworks, health program implementation, and impact measurement tools.
