Job Summary

Tech Mahindra Foundation is looking for a passionate and skilled GDA/Nursing Trainer to join our Healthcare Skill Development Projects across Delhi/NCR. The role involves training and mentoring students to prepare them for employment in the healthcare sector, ensuring they gain strong practical and theoretical knowledge aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on GDA/Nursing topics including patient care, hygiene, basic nursing procedures, and hospital support functions.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments as per NSQF guidelines and healthcare curriculum.
• Evaluate trainees’ performance through tests, assignments, and practical demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress reports.
• Ensure discipline and a professional learning environment within the classroom and training lab.
• Provide mentorship and career guidance to students for their successful placement in healthcare organizations.
• Coordinate with placement teams to connect trainees with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in patient care and nursing practices.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong subject knowledge of GDA/Nursing care and hospital operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Practical exposure to patient handling, first aid, and basic clinical procedures.
• Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
• Proficiency in report writing, record keeping, and MS Office tools.
