Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Company: Central Tool Room and Training Centre (CTTC), Bhubaneswar
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: 4 Experience in CNC Machine Operation
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team at CTTC, Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in operating CNC machines and sound knowledge of CNC programming, machine setup, and precision measurement tools. The role requires attention to detail, technical accuracy, and commitment to achieving production targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, set up, and monitor CNC Milling, Turning, and Lathe machines.
- Perform CNC Programming using G-Code and M-Code as per job specifications.
- Interpret and understand engineering drawings and 3D models to ensure precise machining.
- Utilize measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and CMM for quality assurance.
- Ensure machine calibration, tool condition monitoring, and proper lubrication during operations.
- Maintain high standards of production efficiency, waste reduction, and time management.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Report any mechanical or quality issues to the supervisor for timely resolution.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations and programming.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and CAD/CAM data.
- Skilled in precision measurement and quality inspection tools.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
