Position Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations, coupled with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment and is ready to take ownership of strategic and operational HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
  Plan, develop, and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives across departments.
• Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management:
  Manage onboarding processes, maintain accurate employee records, and oversee the complete lifecycle of employees.
• Employee Engagement & Retention:
  Design and implement engagement initiatives to foster a positive, performance-driven culture.
• HR Policy Implementation & Compliance:
  Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and labor laws.
• Performance Management:
  Partner with departmental heads to establish performance metrics and review mechanisms that align with organizational goals.
• HR Operations:
  Oversee daily HR activities, maintain HRMIS systems, and coordinate with the finance team for payroll and related processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–6 years of proven experience in Human Resource Management, preferably in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Chemical sectors.
• In-depth understanding of HR best practices, statutory compliance, and employee relations.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
