About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Food and Beverage Associates to join our hospitality training and placement program under TATA STRIVE. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in top 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star hotels like Hyatt, Taj, Ramada, Lemon Tree, and more across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests courteously and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve as per hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest queries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Assist in table setup, clearing, and re-setting during service.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and grooming standards as per hotel policies.
Skills & Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
- Positive attitude, grooming, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
Training Details:
- Training Duration: 10 Weeks
- Placement: 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star hotels across India
- Facilities: Food and accommodation provided during employment
- Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 (based on interview performance)
