🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily online business activities.
• Maintain performance results by coaching, mentoring, and guiding team members.
• Build strong relationships with customers and affiliates to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Provide online training sessions and live webinar classes to improve team knowledge.
• Manage stock levels, promotional activities, and affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Organize special promotions, online events, and digital engagement programs.
• Monitor and report business performance and suggest strategic improvements.
• Uphold company standards and contribute to its overall growth and reputation.

🎓 Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
• Prior experience as a Business Manager / Affiliate Manager / Marketing Lead preferred.
• Good understanding of online platforms and virtual business management.
