Job Summary:

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at KUN CAPITAL ASHOK LEYLAND. The ideal candidate should be experienced, proactive, and passionate about sales. This role requires building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through effective strategies and market outreach.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, field visits, and lead follow-ups.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and regularly report performance metrics to management.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely after-sales support and feedback.

Job Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduate Pass (Candidates below 10th, ITI, UG, PG can also apply).
  • Experience: 0 – 6+ years in Field Sales (Automotive or Machinery industry preferred).
  • Knowledge: Good understanding of Machine Operation and related technical products will be an added advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong customer service orientation and relationship management.
    • Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
    • Proficiency in using computers, CRM tools, and sales tracking applications.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
    • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
