Job Summary:
Euro Global Gas Cylinders LLP is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating industrial machines such as ALT, HST, ESB, ISB, and Spray-Painting Machines. The role involves ensuring smooth machine operation, maintaining product quality, and adhering to safety and production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor ALT, HST, ESB, ISB, and Spray-Painting Machines efficiently.
- Prepare and set up machines before production runs.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure proper machine functioning.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues.
- Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
- Follow all safety procedures and quality control standards during machine operation.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the production area.
- Coordinate with supervisors and the maintenance team for continuous improvement.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Good technical knowledge of machine operation and basic maintenance.
- Ability to read and follow operating manuals and safety guidelines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Physically fit and capable of handling industrial equipment.
