About the Role
Urmila International Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring female candidates for deployment in a Mobile Handset Assembling Unit. The role involves working in a dynamic production environment with precision and attention to detail in assembling mobile handset components.
Qualification & Experience
- Educational Qualification: 12th Pass / ITI / Graduate (Marksheet & Pass Certificate mandatory)
- Experience: Must have experience and good knowledge in Assembly Fitting.
- Age Limit: 18 to 30 years
- Language: Must be able to read & understand basic English
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly operations for mobile handsets and related components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings or assembly instructions.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure high manufacturing standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Follow company guidelines and comply with safety procedures.
Shift Timings (Rotational Basis)
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Weekly Off: 1 day per week
Salary & Benefits
- In-hand Salary: ₹13,485/- per month
- Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000/- (for full attendance, 26 days/month)
