Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Service Associate to join our dynamic team at Lemon Tree Hotels. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages efficiently, and ensuring guests have a delightful dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, welcome, and assist guests in the dining area with a warm and professional approach.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
- Provide detailed information about menu items and make recommendations when required.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper arrangement of tables and service areas.
- Ensure adherence to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service operations.
- Handle guest complaints or requests courteously and efficiently.
- Support banquet events, in-room dining, and restaurant operations as needed.
- Follow company policies and maintain the brand’s service standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: 12th Pass (minimum).
- Experience: Prior experience in hotel or restaurant service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant personality.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Physically fit and able to stand or move for extended periods.
Work Environment:
- Work in hotel restaurants, banquet halls, or in-room dining settings.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
