Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Officer to join our team for one of our clients engaged in Home Décor, Aluminum, and Glass Door products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through field visits, meeting architects, builders, contractors, and construction companies. The candidate must possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven background in sales of glass, aluminum, hardware, or building materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to meet architects, builders, contractors, and construction companies to promote and sell Home Décor, Aluminum, and Glass Door products.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through active prospecting and deal closures.
- Provide detailed product information, quotations, and after-sales support.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
- Prepare regular sales reports and share customer feedback with management.
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass or above
- Experience: 1–5 years in Sales (preferably in Glass, Aluminum, Hardware, Building Materials, or Real Estate)
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Other Requirements: Must be comfortable with field sales and client meetings
