Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, maintaining long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role offers excellent learning opportunities, attractive compensation during internship, and the possibility of a full-time on-role position after successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and promote life insurance products to meet customer needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
- Guide, motivate, and support team members in achieving collective goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
- Participate in meetings, training programs, and performance reviews.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
- Candidates with MBA / PGDM preferred.
- Must have good knowledge and experience in sales and client management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in approach.
