Job Summary:
We are looking for skilled and experienced Sewing Machine Operators (Female) to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of operating sewing machines, maintain stitching quality, and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass
- Experience: Prior experience as a Sewing Machine Operator is mandatory
- Good understanding of different types of stitching techniques and fabrics
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of sewing machines efficiently
- Stitch garments or fabric parts as per company quality standards
- Ensure accuracy in measurements, stitching, and finishing
- Follow production schedules and complete targets within timelines
- Inspect finished products for any defects and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the workstation
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow
Key Skills:
- Good knowledge of sewing machines and garment construction
- Attention to detail and quality-focused approach
- Ability to work under production deadlines
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Basic understanding of safety and hygiene in the workplace
Working Details:
- Duty Time: 9 Hours (including break time)
- Salary: ₹16,000/- per month + P.F + ESI + Other Benefits
