Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team at Epiq India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, hands-on experience in executing campaigns, and a creative mindset to support branding and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Campaigns & Branding

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Support brand awareness activities through social media, email marketing, and offline events.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to develop marketing materials such as brochures, posters, presentations, and flyers.

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage and regularly update company profiles on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Track online engagement and provide analytical reports on campaign performance.
• Support SEO/SEM, website updates, and digital lead-generation initiatives.

3. Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements for marketing strategies.

4. Events & Promotions

• Plan and coordinate company participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Liaise with vendors, partners, and event organizers for branding materials and logistics management.

5. Customer Engagement & Support

• Collaborate with sales and business development teams for lead follow-ups and marketing support.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM entries to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals and digital tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic understanding of social media analytics.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
