Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shift Timings:
- Shift 1: 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM
- Shift 2: 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM
- Shift 3: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Epiq India in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, customer service, and fashion. You will be responsible for assisting customers in product selection, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience. Whether you’re a fresher or have retail experience, if you have good communication skills and a positive attitude, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow in the retail industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable textile products.
- Greet and assist customers in selecting products as per their preferences.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Support team members to achieve overall store sales goals.
- Ensure proper product display, stock management, and cleanliness of the sales area.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and maintain sales records when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and candidates with prior retail sales experience are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion, textiles, and customer service.
- Energetic, confident, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet targets.
