Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Shift Timings:

  • Shift 1: 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM
  • Shift 2: 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM
  • Shift 3: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Epiq India in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, customer service, and fashion. You will be responsible for assisting customers in product selection, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience. Whether you’re a fresher or have retail experience, if you have good communication skills and a positive attitude, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow in the retail industry.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable textile products.
  • Greet and assist customers in selecting products as per their preferences.
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Support team members to achieve overall store sales goals.
  • Ensure proper product display, stock management, and cleanliness of the sales area.
  • Handle billing, cash transactions, and maintain sales records when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.
  • Freshers and candidates with prior retail sales experience are welcome.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for fashion, textiles, and customer service.
  • Energetic, confident, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet targets.
