Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Data Entry Operator to join our team at Flipkart’s Kaalash Warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for scanning, entering, and managing data related to warehouse materials, along with assisting in picking materials as per the provided list.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining high accuracy in data operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and scanning of materials received in the warehouse.
- Pick materials as per the list provided for dispatch.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure timely and error-free data updates.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow company guidelines, safety, and quality standards.
Required Qualification & Experience
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass
- Prior experience as a Data Entry Operator (warehouse experience preferred).
- Good knowledge of data entry operations, scanning devices, and basic computer usage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Job Details
- Work Location: Flipkart Warehouse – “Kaalash”
- Shift: Rotational (Day/Night)
- Facilities Provided:

Salary & Benefits
- Attendance Award: ₹1,000/month
- Leave Encashment: ₹850
- Night Shift Allowance: ₹120 per night (approx. ₹1,800 for 15 nights)
- BBD Bonus: ₹2,500 – ₹3,000
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹5,000
