Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team at Zeevika Consultancy. The ideal candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and client coordination. This role offers an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced professionals to develop their HR skills, gain exposure to multiple industries, and contribute to building strong talent pipelines for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Understand client requirements and create effective job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, databases, and professional networks.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of selected candidates.
• Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative and recruitment activities.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and popular job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented with a result-driven approach.
