Qualification: ITI
Experience: Must have prior experience in telesales
Language Requirement: Must know Hindi
Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and driving sales through persuasive communication. This role requires a target-driven individual with excellent Hindi communication skills and the ability to generate and convert leads into successful sales.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Understanding Customer Needs:
    • Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and preferences.
    • Tailor sales pitches to address customer needs and demonstrate the value of the company’s products or services.
  2. Closing Sales and Achieving Targets:
    • Use persuasive communication and objection-handling skills to secure sales.
    • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  3. Calling on Leads and Generating New Leads:
    • Contact leads provided by the company and effectively present products or services.
    • Actively generate new leads through outbound calling and networking efforts.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi.
  • Ability to persuade and handle objections effectively.
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and generating new leads.

Education Level : High School Diploma or Equivalent

Industrial Certificate : Experience
