Job Summary:
MAHLE ANAND Thermal Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated and skilled Trainee Operators for a 2-year apprenticeship under the NAPS program. The selected candidates will gain hands-on experience in production operations, learning advanced techniques in automotive climate control and engine cooling systems. This role is ideal for ITI-qualified individuals looking to build a career in manufacturing with a reputed organization, offering structured training, a monthly stipend, and exposure to industry-standard processes.
Eligibility & Qualification:
- Education: ITI in Electrician, Fitter, Welder, Machinist, Wiremen, Electrical Motor Vehicle, Electronic, Mechanic, or Mechanic Motor. (All ITI 2-Year Trades except COPA)
- Marks Requirement: Minimum 50% in 10th and 60% in ITI.
- Gender: Male / Female
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work as a trainee operator in the production department.
- Learn and assist in production processes and operations.
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain workplace safety.
- Adhere to company dress code and work ethics.
- Participate in training programs and skill development activities.
