Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and obtaining client feedback for various job vacancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle — from understanding client requirements to closing the position.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, and other innovative channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide updates.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate databases.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 0.6 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques, job portals, and social media recruitment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
