Key Responsibilities:
1. Diagnosis and Repair: Conduct thorough diagnostics using specialized tools and software to identify issues in electric vehicles, including battery systems, electric motors, and associated electronics.
2. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as battery checks, software updates, and system inspections to ensure vehicles operate efficiently.
3. Installation and Upgrades: Install and upgrade EV components, including charging stations, battery packs, and electronic systems.
4. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards when handling high-voltage systems and components.
5. Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues, repair processes, and maintenance recommendations.
