Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and motivated Trainee Operators with a strong technical background to join our manufacturing and production team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience or practical knowledge in machine operation, maintenance, and trade-specific tasks. This role provides an excellent opportunity for ITI and Diploma candidates to develop their technical skills in a professional industrial environment.

Qualification & Experience:

• Educational Qualification:
  • ITI (Fitter / Welder / Machinist / Electrician / Turner or equivalent)
  • OR Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering
• Experience:
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in production, maintenance, or machine operations.
  • Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain assigned machines or production lines.
• Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks as required.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in daily operations.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and standard operating procedures.
• Report machine faults, defects, or irregularities to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth production flow.

Competencies for ITI Candidates:

Technical / Trade-Specific Skills:

• Basic Machine Operation and Maintenance
• Fitting, Welding, and Drilling (for Fitter/Welder trades)
• Use of hand tools and precision instruments (e.g., Vernier Caliper, Micrometer)
• Basic understanding of industrial safety standards

Competencies for Diploma Engineering Candidates (Mechanical / Electrical):

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of electrical/electronic circuit design and troubleshooting
• Understanding of materials, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Familiarity with industrial machinery, tools, and automation systems
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use diagnostic tools
