Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Executive with a passion for digital marketing and strong knowledge of social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling ad campaigns, generating leads, and driving brand engagement.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Above
- Proven experience in managing and running social media campaigns
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads & Google Ads
- Experience in lead generation through digital platforms
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Generate high-quality leads and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams for creative campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and tools.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of social media tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, etc.)
- Creative mindset and good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
