Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-focused mindset. Experience in retail or field sales will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Support daily sales and store operations.
- Maintain product display, stock levels, and cleanliness of the sales area.
- Achieve assigned monthly and daily sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management to meet company goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th pass.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fresher or candidates with experience in retail or field sales are welcome.
- Positive attitude and a customer-friendly approach.
- Ability to work in a team and meet targets.
