Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Picker / Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate will efficiently handle the picking and packing of goods while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick products accurately from inventory according to order sheets.
- Pack products securely and neatly for dispatch or delivery.
- Verify product quality and quantity before packing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse or storage area.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or inventory issues to supervisors.
- Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 10th Pass (High School) education.
- Prior experience as a Picker / Packer is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations and packing techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Skills & Attributes:
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to handle lifting and moving goods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
