Job Description:
Yuvi HR Enterprises is hiring experienced Delivery Boys (Bikers) for top companies including TATA and Big Basket. This is a direct hiring drive with no fees involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver orders efficiently within your assigned area (2.5 km – 10 km from the store).
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of products.
- Maintain records of deliveries and collect any required documentation.
- Follow all traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 10th Pass.
- Must have previous experience as a delivery biker.
- Good knowledge of local routes in Lucknow.
- Strong time management and reliability.
Payment & Incentives:
- Rate: ₹20 per delivery + ₹10 extra.
- Daily Incentive: After completing 10 orders.
- Weekly Incentive: After completing 60 orders.
- Weekly Payment: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000
- Approx. Monthly Payment: ₹30,000+
Work Timings: Flexible – anytime from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM
