Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for pitching and closing deals with local merchants for our subscription-based tech services. If you're driven, persuasive, and enjoy working on the field – this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit local merchants and generate leads through on-ground sales efforts.
  • Present ChattyBao’s services effectively and convert leads into paid subscribers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchants.
  • Gather feedback from the field to improve products and enhance merchant experience.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in field sales of subscription-based technology products.
  • Proven track record in generating leads and closing deals.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of local markets and merchant ecosystems is a plus.
