Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at Ferromag Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations accurately and on time.
- Manage and update product pricing and maintain sales records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales growth and business development strategies.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as required for smooth order execution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and business development goals.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Good understanding of business development processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
