Job Purpose
To deliver quality training to candidates as per the Qualification Pack (QP) LSC/Q0101 – Warehouse Associate, ensuring high placement rates, good grades, and meeting the moduleâ€wise outcomes set by the Sector Skill Council. The Trainer plays a key role in transforming candidates into jobâ€ready graduates.
Key Responsibilities
- Counselling Candidates
- Conduct orientation and preâ€training counselling to ensure candidates understand the course, expectations, outcomes, and opportunities.
- Assess candidates’ background to align their learning needs.

- Training Delivery
- Teach and facilitate sessions as per the module curriculum designed by the Logistics Sector Skill Council (LSC) for Warehouse Associate (LSC/Q0101).
- Use interactive / competencyâ€based teaching methods, blending theory and practical training.

- Attendance Monitoring
- Ensure candidate attendance is tracked daily.
- Follow up on absentees and motivate regularity.

- Prepare and submit daily Management Information System (MIS) reports capturing attendance, progress, issues, etc.

- Conduct preâ€assessments to gauge trainees’ entryâ€level skills and identify gaps.

- Assessment & Certification Preparation
- Prepare candidates for final assessments and certifications by coordinating with assessment bodies.
- Ensure the required documentation, practice, mockâ€tests are done.

- Motivation & Placement Preparation
- Motivate and mentor candidates to achieve high grades.
- Guide them about soft skills, interview preparation, workplace behavior for placement.

- Work toward achieving at least 95% success / pass rate in assessments.

Working Conditions
- Based in Deoghar, Odisha; trainer may need to travel locally if required.
- Online interviews; training delivered possibly at training Centre or partner facilities.
- May require work on Saturdays / extended hours depending on training schedule.
