Position Summary
Medhavi Foundation is seeking a qualified and dynamic Trainer for the role of Battery System Repair Technician (ELE/Q7001) to deliver high-quality training aligned with the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF). The ideal candidate will possess a Training of Trainers (ToT) certification from the relevant Sector Skill Council and have a strong background in electric vehicle (EV) battery systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Counselling: Provide guidance to candidates on career opportunities and training pathways in the EV sector.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions based on the curriculum prescribed by the Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI) for the ELE/Q7001 qualification.
- Attendance Monitoring: Maintain accurate records of candidate attendance and participation.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare and submit daily Management Information System (MIS) reports detailing training activities and candidate progress.
- Pre-Assessment: Administer pre-assessment tests to evaluate candidate readiness and tailor training approaches accordingly.
- Certification Preparation: Prepare candidates for the final assessment and certification process, ensuring they meet the required competencies.
- Motivation and Placement Support: Encourage candidates to strive for excellence, aiming for high certification grades, and assist in placement efforts.
- Result Achievement: Strive to achieve a 95% pass rate among candidates, ensuring quality training outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Qualification:
- 12th Grade pass, or
- Certificate-NSQF Level 3 in EV/Electrical/Mechanical relevant domain with 2 years of relevant experience.
- 12th Grade pass, or
- Trainer Certification:
- ToT certified by the respective Sector Skill Council, such as the Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI), with a minimum score of 80% in both domain and platform skills assessments.

- Industry Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in servicing and repairing EV battery systems, including testing and diagnostics.

- Training Experience:
- At least 500 hours of prior training experience in a related occupation, or
- Completion of a 'Train the Trainer' or equivalent program of minimum 3 days duration.

Desirable Skills
- In-depth knowledge of battery system components and diagnostics.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for battery testing and repair.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates.
- Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in training delivery.
