Job Title: General Duty Assistant (HSS/Q5101) Trainer

Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced General Duty Assistant Trainer to deliver accredited training in alignment with the Healthcare Sector Skill Council's Qualification Pack HSS/Q5101. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for healthcare education, strong communication skills, and a commitment to producing employable and competent candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Counseling: Provide guidance and support to candidates, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions based on the curriculum designed by the Sector Skill Councils.
- Attendance Monitoring: Maintain accurate records of candidate attendance.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare and submit daily Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Pre-Assessment: Conduct initial assessments to gauge candidate knowledge and skills.
- Assessment Preparation: Prepare candidates for assessments and certification processes.
- Motivation: Encourage candidates to aim for high grades and successful placements.
- Result Assurance: Strive to achieve a 95% pass rate for candidates.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Requirements:
- NSQF Level 4 certified General Duty Assistant (HSS/Q5101) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant site experience.
- OR
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) with at least 1 year of relevant site experience.
- OR
- General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant site experience.
Trainer Certification:
- TOT (Trainer of Trainers) certification from the respective Sector Skill Council is mandatory.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in the healthcare sector.
