Job Summary:

Advik Energy Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with strong experience in sales and business development. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential customers for solar rooftop solutions, conducting market research, and driving business growth through effective client engagement and relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers for solar rooftop systems.
  • Conduct market research to identify target industries, customers, and regions.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals and contribute to team success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in the solar/energy sector).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Good knowledge of solar products and renewable energy solutions (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
