Position Overview:

We are seeking a certified and experienced Trainer to deliver high-quality training for the role of Call Center Executive (TEL/Q0100) in alignment with the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, effective communication skills, and a passion for empowering learners to excel in the call center industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Counseling Candidates: Provide guidance and support to candidates, helping them understand the training process and career opportunities in the call center industry.
  2. Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions based on the curriculum designed by the Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) for the TEL/Q0100 qualification pack.
  3. Attendance Monitoring: Maintain accurate records of candidate attendance and ensure consistent participation.
  4. Daily MIS Reporting: Prepare and submit daily Management Information System (MIS) reports detailing training progress and candidate performance.
  5. Pre-Assessment: Administer pre-assessment tests to evaluate candidates' baseline knowledge and skills.
  6. Assessment Preparation: Prepare candidates for assessments and certification processes, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  7. Motivation and Placement Support: Encourage candidates to achieve high grades and assist them in securing placements in the call center industry.
  8. Result Achievement: Strive to achieve a 95% or higher pass rate in candidate assessments.

Qualifications & Certifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
  • Trainer Certification: Must be certified as a 'Trainer' under the Qualification Pack TEL/Q0100 by the Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) with a minimum score of 80%
  • Trainer of Trainers (ToT) Certification: Must possess a valid ToT certification for the relevant sector, as per NSQF guidelines
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 6-8 months of hands-on experience as a Call Center Executive in the telecom sector.
  • Training Experience: At least 2 years of teaching or training experience, preferably in customer service or call center operations.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Communication Skills: Proficient in English and regional languages; excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer Service Expertise: In-depth understanding of customer service principles and call center operations.
  • Training Methodology: Ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions using various instructional techniques.
  • Assessment Knowledge: Familiarity with assessment criteria and the ability to prepare candidates for certification.
  • Motivational Skills: Capacity to inspire and motivate candidates to achieve their best performance.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using training tools, CRM software, and other relevant technologies.

Certificate : TOT Certified in Call Center Executive
