Job Summary:
The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data to support business operations and decision-making. The role involves identifying trends, improving processes, creating dashboards, and training team members on software updates. The MIS Executive will act as a bridge between data insights and business strategy, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, and PowerPoint

Skills Required:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze data using statistical techniques and prepare actionable reports.
2. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
3. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
4. Train team members on new software updates and additions.
5. Prepare final analysis reports for stakeholders to enable informed decision-making.
6. Manage internal sales-based software systems.
7. Develop and implement management processes and policies.
8. Provide relevant solutions to team members regarding software issues.
9. Prepare various scheme-based incentives.
10. Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations for easier understanding of trends.
