Job Title: Trainer – General Duty Assistant (HSS/Q5101)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Trainer for the role of General Duty Assistant (GDA) as per Qualification Pack HSS/Q5101. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary certifications and experience to deliver high-quality training aligned with the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) and Sector Skill Council standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Counseling: Provide guidance and support to candidates, helping them understand the training program and career opportunities.
- Curriculum Delivery: Conduct training sessions based on the Sector Skill Council's module curriculum, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all topics.
- Attendance Monitoring: Maintain accurate records of candidate attendance to ensure compliance with training requirements.
- Daily MIS Reporting: Prepare and submit daily Management Information System (MIS) reports detailing training activities and candidate progress.
- Pre-Assessment: Conduct pre-assessment tests to evaluate candidates' baseline knowledge and skills.
- Assessment Preparation: Prepare candidates for assessments and certification, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Motivation and Placement Support: Encourage candidates to achieve high grades and assist in placement efforts.
- Result Achievement: Strive to achieve a minimum of 95% pass rate among candidates.
Trainer Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum of 10th Class pass.
- Domain Certification: Certified for the Job Role: “General Duty Assistant” mapped to Qualification Pack: “HSS/Q5101” with a minimum score of 80%.
- Platform Certification: Recommended to be certified for the Job Role: “Trainer (VET and Skills)” mapped to the Qualification Pack: “MEP/Q2601” with a minimum score of 80%.
- Experience:
- Medical Graduate (MBBS, BAMS, BHMS): Minimum 1 year of sector-specific experience.
- B.Sc. (Nursing)/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing: Minimum 1 year of sector-specific experience.
- GNM (General Nursing Midwifery): Minimum 2 years of sector-specific experience.
- Medical Graduate (MBBS, BAMS, BHMS): Minimum 1 year of sector-specific experience.
- Trainer Experience: At least 1 year of teaching or training experience in the healthcare sector.
