Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Skilled Jobs Training and Consultancy Services. The candidate must have hands-on experience in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting various industrial machines. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient machine operation, maintain production standards, and ensure safety compliance throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure production quality and efficiency.
- Set up machines according to specifications and requirements.
- Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
- Identify and report mechanical or technical issues to the maintenance team.
- Maintain daily logs of machine operation and production output.
- Follow all safety protocols and company standards during operations.
- Assist in process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
- Ensure that all equipment and tools are maintained in good condition.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members for smooth production flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.
Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Relevant Engineering field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Good understanding of machine operation procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of machine operation procedures.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (for recording data and reports).
