Job Title: Trainer – General Duty Assistant (HSS/Q5101)

Position Overview:
Hardicon Limited is seeking a certified and experienced Trainer for the General Duty Assistant role (Qualification Pack: HSS/Q5101). The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to candidates, ensuring they meet the standards set by the Healthcare Sector Skill Council (HSSC) and achieve a minimum 95% certification success rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counseling: Provide guidance and support to candidates, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions based on the curriculum designed by the HSSC for the General Duty Assistant role.
- Attendance Monitoring: Track and maintain daily attendance records of all trainees.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare and submit daily Management Information System (MIS) reports to the management.
- Pre-Assessment: Conduct pre-assessment tests to gauge the baseline knowledge of candidates.
- Assessment Preparation: Prepare candidates for the final assessment and certification process.
- Motivation: Encourage and motivate candidates to aim for high grades and successful placements.
- Placement Support: Assist in facilitating placement opportunities for successful candidates.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Certification: Must possess a valid Training of Trainers (ToT) certification for the General Duty Assistant role (HSS/Q5101) from the Healthcare Sector Skill Council.
- Domain Certification: Certified for the General Duty Assistant role (HSS/Q5101) with a minimum score of 80%.
- Educational Qualifications:
- Medical Graduate, or
- B.Sc. (Nursing)/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing, or
- GNM (General Nursing Midwifery)
- Medical Graduate, or
- Experience:
- For Medical Graduates: 2 years of experience, with 1 year in the healthcare sector and 1 year in teaching.
- For B.Sc. (Nursing)/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing: 2 years of experience, with 1 year in the healthcare sector and 1 year in teaching.
- For GNM: 3 years of experience, with 2 years in the healthcare sector and 1 year in teaching.
- For Medical Graduates: 2 years of experience, with 1 year in the healthcare sector and 1 year in teaching.
- Trainer Certification: Recommended that the Trainer is certified for the Job Role: “Trainer” mapped to the Qualification Pack: “MEP/Q2601” with scoring of minimum 80% healthcare-ssc.in.
