Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Baby Care Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for children and the necessary skills to ensure their safety, well-being, and overall development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care to infants and young children.
- Feed children according to their nutritional needs and schedules.
- Ensure proper hygiene, including bathing, diaper changing, and dressing.
- Engage children in age-appropriate play and educational activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for children.
- Monitor the child’s health and report any concerns promptly.
- Follow daily routines and instructions provided by parents or guardians.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum educational qualification: 10th Pass.
- Proven experience in baby care or a similar childcare role.
- Strong knowledge of child safety, hygiene, and nutrition.
- Ability to handle multiple children and provide individual attention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
