Qualification: 10th Pass + ITI/Diploma in Electrical Trade
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team at MI Industries (India) Pvt Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, machines, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation & Maintenance:
- Install and maintain electrical wiring, panels, motors, and control systems.
- Ensure proper functioning of machines, equipment, and lighting systems.
2. Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose electrical faults and perform timely repairs.
- Take immediate action during breakdowns to minimize downtime.
3. Preventive Maintenance:
- Conduct routine inspections of transformers, circuit breakers, motors, cables, and earthing systems.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment breakdowns.
4. Safety & Compliance:
- Adhere to electrical safety rules, PPE usage, and company policies.
- Maintain fire and safety systems, including alarms and emergency lights, in working condition.
5. Documentation & Reporting:
- Update maintenance logbooks regularly.
- Report spare parts requirements to the concerned department.
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, motors, control panels, and basic PLCs.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of safety standards (IE rules, IS standards).
Qualification & Experience:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Trade (mandatory).
- 1–3 years of relevant industrial experience.
- Hands-on experience with HT/LT panels, generators, and industrial machinery.
