Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B Service to join our hospitality team. The role involves delivering excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining service quality standards in the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests courteously and provide them with attentive service.
- Serve food and beverages as per hotel standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of the dining area.
- Take and process guest orders efficiently.
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and professional etiquette at all times.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
- Handle guest queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass.
- Experience: Prior experience in F&B service/hospitality is mandatory.
- Age: 18 – 30 years.
- Local candidates will be preferred.
